Radisson at Star Plaza

There were several events going on, but I found my assigned room without trouble, and parking was plentiful. The facilities and meeting rooms were high quality. Service was good too, with just a few small issues that were handled fairly quickly. I was here for a work related professional development event.

We both enjoyed the room and its pool view. I had married my beautiful new wife only hours earlier, so the nice accommodations made for a lovely stay. The Bed and Breakfast package is worth it!

The pool sits right off the lobby and added a great feel to the hotel. I just wish there were a separate kiddie pool. Little kids who can't swim have to stay in the shallow end, and older kids playing there can make it a bit overwhelming, even when they're just having fun. We also had trouble when the electronic card reader on our door stopped working. After a long night, going back downstairs to report it and waiting 10 minutes to get into the room was frustrating, even if it wasn't a huge issue. The rooms themselves were clean, nice, and spacious. All in all, it was a pleasant experience.

My room was clean and spacious, and the amenities were awesome. The staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful. The pool was pretty congested because a baseball team was there, which was out of their control, but otherwise it was very inviting. I'd highly recommend staying here. I'll be back next year when my conference comes around.
