We were traveling as a family and booked two rooms. The hotel smelled awful as soon as we walked in. One room had moldy tile and no hot water, so they moved us. In the replacement room, my eight-year-old daughter found a crack pipe in the bathroom. There were roaches and holes in the walls too. Just terrible all around.

UPDATE: My husband and I have been living at this hotel for over three months. Recent snowstorms and other things made us miss almost a full week's pay. The evening before checkout, I paid for the room, but the same woman, Keire, added a $20 late fee even though she'd said it was okay to pay a few hours late. Then she said she'd waive it if my husband and I each posted a positive Google review, took a screenshot, and showed it to her. This is the review she wanted me to post and screenshot to show her so she'd take the $20 late fee off my account: When we first checked in three months ago, she took my deposit, put it in her purse, gave me the deposit slip, and said, "Don't worry, you'll still get your $50 back." *** The rooms are great overall, and it's close to lots of stores and places to eat. Keire at the front desk was BEYOND GREAT AND HELPFUL!! She was friendly and made sure everything was great for us. Highly recommend! **

Motel 6 in Rock Hill is quiet and very well kept. The staff are consistently friendly and willing to help, and they go way beyond for their guests.

We had a great stay and I highly recommend it. The prices are great and the location is good. Keire, the lady at the front desk, was super friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I had everything we needed.

The rooms smell strange and have roaches, and I heard another guest say there were bed bugs in their room. The hallway carpet is filthy, the refrigerator leaks, and the pool is green. The internet cuts out so often it gets maddening. Staff get mad when you tell them about these problems.
