I've been staying in motels around Rockford for the last month after the owner of the home I rented gave me very little notice. After one of the worst motels on the West End and a few others, this is by far the most affordable option in the area. I was surprised to find it in decent shape, especially after what seems like a decade of different owners and managers. The new management appears to be working hard on improvements, which must be difficult given the demographics of the area. My stay was good overall. I had planned to rate it lower, but I can see the effort and potential here, so I'm giving it five stars. I do have suggestions about cleaning and sanitation in the rooms and around the property, amenities, and other things. I'd stay again if they keep moving in a positive direction.

I stay here three days every week for work, and it's always a good experience. The rates are good, check-in is quick, the rooms are consistently clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

For a quick overnight stop, this was a good budget choice. My room was clean and had the basic things I needed, and the staff were friendly. Check-in was easy, and the stay was comfortable. It's simple rather than fancy, but affordable.

Andriii, the maintenance guy, helped me so much when I checked in. He carried my luggage from downstairs to upstairs. It's hard to find people like that these days, and the stay was worth it.

We were grateful for the quiet throughout our stay, with no noise disruptions or other significant problems to complain about. The rooms were clean and very reasonably priced by the day, and the staff were courteous, prompt, and attentive. We'll definitely be back!
