We came for a family visit over the holidays and wanted a small place where we could relax and do a little cooking. The deep blue suite had a well-equipped kitchen, beautiful finishes, and a cute bistro table set by tall windows, looking down from uphill. Online check-in with a door code made arrival easy. The bedding was so cozy, and it was lovely to wake up with a cup of freshly brewed coffee. The bed and room were so comfortable that maybe the checkout reminder text could come at 8:30am instead of 7am!

The second-floor room was a great choice, and it had everything we needed. The place was spotless and looked like it had been remodeled recently. It’s one of the coolest places I’ve ever stayed, with lots of shops and restaurants in Rockport within easy walking distance.

We wished we could’ve stayed longer at The Rockport House. Check-in and checkout were convenient, and the room was spotless, bug-free, and comfortable, with a good bed. The place is affordable but still feels upscale, on a super cute, quiet street. As someone with severe food allergies, I appreciated having a microwave and fridge in the room. Those are difficult to find in the Rockport/Gloucester area. It was about 15 minutes from Hammond Castle. Thanks for a great stay!

We only had one night here and wished we could have stayed longer. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. The bed and linens were incredibly comfortable. Check-in was very easy, and communication was exceptional. Definitely a 5 star stay!

We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town. The property was charming and quiet, just a short walk from the downtown shops and cafes. We had a spacious, comfortable third-floor room with a phenomenal view of town, Captains Quarters, Room 12. We had a wonderful time at The Rockport House!
