Courtyard by Marriott Bentonville Rogers Promenade

We had a great time in town for Bikes, Blues, and BBQ, and the hotel was nice. The coffee at the Starbucks Bistro was great, though the food was only okay and ridiculously priced. For what we paid, over $1,100 for two rooms for two nights, I was disappointed that there wasn't even breakfast or coffee offered.

I was mostly here for work and didn't spend much time at the hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and I'd stay here again.

Being right by a large mall was a big plus, with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance for shopping and meals out. The room was great and the service excellent. The outdoor pool was decent, and the hotel gym had good equipment. My only complaint was the shower's weak water pressure.

I liked the atmosphere, and the rooms, furniture, and lobby were good. Still, with no complimentary breakfast, they could at least offer simple things like toast, doughnuts, or fruit, especially considering the cost of room keys that guests are allowed to lose. Hotels in NWA ought to come to Hot Springs and see how hospitality is done. I've offered to show them plenty of times, but nobody has taken me up on my complimentary offer. We'll stay somewhere else until we find a decent hotel.
