Motel 6 Chicago Nw Rolling Meadows

The first room I was given had a bit of a pet-room smell and wasn't the best fit for me. I mentioned it to Swam at the front desk, and he switched me to another room right away, without any hassle. I really appreciated how understanding and accommodating he was. Great customer service makes a big difference. Thank you!

I've been staying here off and on for the last few months while I wait for my place to be ready. I was greeted as soon as I arrived, and whenever anything came up, the front desk helped right away and had it sorted within minutes. Tasnim and Swam deserve a special shout-out. They were polite, had great attitudes, and always managed to fix whatever room issue I had. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing somewhere to stay.

The rooms are clean, the furniture is nice, and the people running this small motel have warm hearts. There were some technical problems with the keys during my stay, but someone was always at the front desk to help guests get back in. They're very kind and courteous people, and I saw them help someone who needed a room while it was snowing. They don't leave people in a bad situation. Kind, caring people running a small motel in a big city are hard to find.

A 10 out of 10 for a last-minute emergency overnight stay. The room was extremely clean, with very clean towels, hot water, and working heating and cooling. I'd highly recommend it as a motel.
