The staff have been good in every interaction since check-in, and to his credit, the owner seemed calm and pleasant the next day. But the first encounter was very disappointing. He kept raising his voice while I tried to calm things down and understand him. I had come to check in, and the problem was his behavior and lack of customer service, not the booking or my dad reserving the room. My wife and kids were still in the car, so they didn't have to see it. I made a big deal of it because I felt a customer should be treated with basic courtesy and respect. I've seen other reviews mention the owner's aggressive behavior too, so who's telling the truth? I'm willing to sit down and review the lobby camera footage from the night I checked in. I strongly recommend avoiding this place, especially if you have a small family with kids. It feels like the place is doing the bare minimum to stay open, and it shows.

I checked out within an hour of arriving because I didn't think it was worth possibly getting sick. The hotel needs a little love. The staff were understanding and nice, though, and it might suit other people.

The workers were rude and disrespectful when we walked in. In the room, there was pubic hair on the shower floor and stains on the sheets and walls. If you're coming off the highway, you have to make a U-turn to reach the parking lot.

The bed was broken, leaving our feet higher than our heads. Also, the website says there's a pool, but it's been closed since COVID started. The shower pressure was good, and at least the toilet paper was 2-ply.

It was very quiet and centrally located, and breakfast included fresh pancakes, though the muffins and honey buns were packaged. One of the two double beds had strands of black, silky hair on the white sheets and pillow. I went downstairs for clean sheets and covered the bed and pillow so I could put my suitcases there.
