The lobby and outside of the property looked well maintained, and there were no bugs in the room. The bed itself was fairly comfortable, though the blankets and sheets were rough and scratchy. The price made the stay somewhat acceptable, but the room and service could have been much better. At check-in, the receptionist was unprofessional, unhelpful and not welcoming. She didn’t even greet people who came in, which made for a bad first impression. In the room, the power cord kept shutting off whenever the TV was turned on, and there were lots of crumbs left behind, so it didn’t seem properly cleaned. The property needs better cleanliness, maintenance, comfort and customer service to make the stay more welcoming.

Delta put me here after my flight was canceled. The rooms were so horrible I’d have been better off on the airport floor. Unless you’re looking for PTSD or making a low-budget horror film, don’t seek out a room here.

I left almost as soon as I checked in. The room was in unacceptable shape: a stink bug, several hairs on the bed, dirt and lint all over, and a powerful musty “old book” odor that made it uncomfortable to stay. I went straight to the front desk to explain and ask for a refund since I’d just arrived and couldn’t stay. The staff member was polite at first, then became dismissive and rude once I described the problems. She didn’t apologize or acknowledge what had happened. Very stressful and disappointing. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

The shuttle was top notch, the workers were really nice, and the location to the airport was so convenient. The rooms were OK and breakfast was OK too, just muffins and juice, nothing special. On my second stay, there were no blankets or pillows in my room, so they had to move me to another one. I stayed twice, at the start and end of my trip, and was charged double my security deposit both times. I also paid $35 for late checkout and was charged double for that. I’m still waiting for the money to come back onto my card. That’s the part I didn’t like.
