The staff at the counter when my co-driver and I arrived were professional and kind, and the woman working by the restaurant bar was great too. The rest of the stay had some real problems. In room 512, there were holes in the walls, especially around the bathroom and shower, and the elevators were in rough shape. The entrance doors often got stuck open, and the walls were thin enough that sounds carried. In the morning, the counter was unattended and the room cards had been left in a basket where anyone could take them. I also saw a couple of people walk into the back office while its door was standing open. The place needs some attention, though I’m sure upper management can sort these things out. Good luck.

For $100 a night, it was passable, and the clean, comfortable bed was the best part of the room. I’d read the reviews and was unsure, but decided to give it a try. The all-you-can-eat tacos at the restaurant were the highlight. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and the shower head could have been much better. The good TV channels didn’t work, and there wasn’t much to do besides use the gym, which was dark and dirty. It can get you through a night or two if you only need somewhere to sleep, but don’t expect much. Mediocre at best.

We had to take a taxi for $105.00 because the hotel shuttle had stopped running by the time we left the airport. The room itself was quiet and quite spacious, with two double beds, but they were so high that I couldn’t climb onto one. I looked around for something to use as a step and couldn’t find anything, so my husband slept in a bed while I used the chair. The shower floor was slippery, though there was a grab bar.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. The sheets had blood stains, and when I asked for them to be changed, the supervisor scolded the girl who was helping me and said it wasn’t her problem. If I could give fewer than one star, I would.
