I booked through Super. Com, and the site changed my date to a month later. I was told this happens often, and I won't use them again. They seem to mess up dates on purpose if you don't pay extra for cancellations. The hotel manager could have helped correct the date, but made no effort. He never called back to say whether he'd received the email I sent. The clerk was extremely rude and spoke to me condescendingly. This was my first time booking here, and the whole experience was horrible. The hotel isn't accommodating, and the manager wouldn't fix a simple issue. Save yourself the grief and stay somewhere that treats customers with respect. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

A canceled flight left me booking at the last minute with my child. For one night, this place was fine and good value. The shuttle was easy, just four minutes from the airport, and the front desk was friendly. The room was okay, the bathroom was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was warm. It's right across the street from the airport, with a few food places nearby. Tip the driver. Breakfast was basic and included, and the hallways smelled, though my room was fine. I'm not sure I'd stay longer than one night.

Jade and Kam gave great service, and I really appreciate their respect and kindness. Nothing goes unnoticed, ladies, keep smiling and doing a good job every day! The housekeepers were nice too. The hotel is reasonable and not a bad place to stay, so I'd give it four stars. My only wish for breakfast is that there were cheese eggs with the waffles, lol. Otherwise, no complaints. Thank you again!

The service was friendly, and the price was good for a place near the airport. It's a simple spot for business travel or a one-night stop, so I gave the service a perfect rating but the hotel three stars overall. Breakfast was disappointing, though they did have juice, cereal, muffins, toast, and a waffle maker.

My room was clean, and the housekeeping staff were friendly, always smiling when I saw them. Jade and Kamm are fantastic, with customer service skills that are off the charts. Really, every employee at this little hotel is top notch.
