The sheets had unsettling stains and marks, which made me wonder whether they'd been cleaned at all. The property didn't match its online description, and the whole place felt unsanitary and unfit. As a concerned mother, I called ahead to ask for extra time before checkout so I could make sure my children were clean and safe. They said a late checkout was okay, which gave me some peace of mind, but then they banged on the door and changed their minds. After checkout, I came back briefly to pick up a few belongings I'd forgotten. Staff confronted me aggressively, yelled at me, and even put their hands on me, despite having agreed to the later checkout. I felt truly unsafe, especially for my children and our belongings. No family should have to feel that way. I'd strongly warn other people, especially parents, to reconsider staying here.

Clean, safe, comfortable, and inexpensive, this was a good stopping point on our trip. The room was warm and clean, and the bed comfortable. Vaibhavi Patel was welcoming, kind, and accommodating, and the service was exemplary. It's a quaint throwback to another time, right down to having actual physical keys. Our only complaint was waiting a while for hot water at the sink and in the shower. Thank you!

Many thanks to the gentleman, who I believe was the owner. I showed up at 2 a.m. by mistake after misreading Expedia and ended up at the wrong place. Even though I wasn't a customer and had woken him up, he could've been kinder and more understanding.

It was a decent room and the staff were friendly. The hot water was on the right side, the bathroom light didn't work, and we replaced the bulb beside the bed. I didn't mind paying the room deposit, though I hope I won't have to pay it again if we return. I used to be a maid and always keep a room clean. I'll even get it ready to make the housekeeper's job easier. The office smelled divine, with incense and a mix of curry. Yum.
