Maintenance requests aren’t handled in a timely way, and the parking areas aren’t plowed. In winter, driving through the lot is challenging for residents. Living in this apartment hasn’t been a great experience: the clubhouse and pool area are closed even in summertime, and the hot tub wasn’t available either. There’s no access to any amenities. I’d rate maintenance 1-10.
Tony deserves a special mention. He’s incredibly responsive and reliable, and he’s helped me with maintenance countless times. He handles every issue quickly and efficiently, does excellent work, and his professionalism and dedication really stand out.
I had a wonderful time living in the UE community. They put on all kinds of festivals, like ice Lemon tea day, Popsicle day, and Valentine’s Day. The front desk staff are really friendly and helpful, too. When I lost a package once, they helped me all the way with the lockers. All the best to the wonderful people I met there.
Tony was quick to address my request and handled the issue professionally. Thank you, Tony. He’s been very helpful and responsive, with great efficiency, communication, and attention to detail.
Love my apartment. It’s so spacious and luxurious. It’s the simple things: high ceilings, a washer and dryer on the same level, a dishwasher, and two bathrooms. It’s the perfect apartment 🤌🏾❤️🫶🏾
