Camp Creek Inn

After I updated my review, Camp Creek Inn got in touch right away and offered to resolve things. We’re looking forward to staying again soon. We had a really enjoyable stay in September 2025. Camp Creek Inn is beautiful, well located, and has lots of great amenities. I was disappointed, though, that my I Prefer points never came through. I asked several times while we were there and staff reassured me each time. A few hours after checkout, we also realized we’d left our child’s sound machine in the room. I texted guest services multiple times and was told they’d keep me posted, but never heard back.

I loved how calm and beautiful the grounds were, and the room was comfortable and nicely appointed. Camp Creek Inn was a wonderful stay from beginning to end. Nicole Uribe made check-in easy, showed me around the main areas, and gave me a personal tour. She was warm and attentive, and I felt genuinely welcome. Jeff in valet and the young gentleman who helped me the night before on 1/2/26 were also great. I didn’t catch his name, but both of them went out of their way to help, including with my bike, and shared good ideas for places to visit and things to do. There was one awkward moment at the bar. I said clearly that I wanted to pay by card and didn’t want the food charge put on my room. The bartender, a young guy with a fohawk and muscular build whose name I didn’t catch, acknowledged that but still asked for my room number. When I asked to close out and get the check, I was told it had already been charged to my room and “this is how we do it here.” It got sorted out, but the response felt a little dismissive. I’d appreciate clearer communication and having payment preferences respected. That small issue aside, I’d happily come back. The hospitality was wonderful, and I’d recommend Camp Creek Inn to others.

We felt welcome and well cared for throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, courteous, and ready to help, and the hotel’s amenities and beautiful facilities made the visit comfortable and relaxing. That genuine attention to guests made the experience especially memorable for us.

By the time we left after three nights, my wife and I felt we’d made a bunch of new friends among the staff. I can’t name everyone we met, but the people who helped us most were terrific. We can’t wait to come back. Big kudos to whoever handles hiring and training. We’d arrived in a real scramble after a horrible experience booking a bug-infested condo down the road through hotels.com. It was late, and we needed somewhere to stay. By good luck, we came across this place. Joseph at the front gate was incredibly kind while we were stressed and helped us reach someone so we could book a room. Erin at the front desk gave us the best customer service experience we’ve had anywhere. She was so kind, professional, and welcoming, and we loved seeing and chatting with her each day. Benjamin at the 1936 Bar served us wonderfully and had such a happy, infectious energy that helped get our vacation back on track. Charles at ANR was attentive, recommended just the right things, and shared local history we enjoyed hearing about. The hotel and accommodations were incredible, easily five stars for us. What really made it special was the friendliness and hospitality from the staff. Thanks for such a memorable stay!
