Chicago Marriott Suites O'Hare

The hotel itself was good, but Rey at reception is what made the stay memorable. He was cheerful, friendly, and ready to help with whatever I needed. You could tell he cared about looking after guests. Thanks to him, an ordinary stay felt welcoming and special.

Madonna, the front desk manager, made check-in feel easy and welcoming, and went out of her way to get me my favorite room. I’ve had another wonderful stay at the Chicago Marriott Suites O’Hare, where the rooms are always clean, comfortable, and feel like home. It’s only about 5 to 7 minutes from the airport, which makes travel convenient without giving up a relaxing stay. I’d recommend it for the service and clean rooms, and I’ll be back.

After 48 hours of travel, our flight from O’Hare was canceled and we were stranded in Chicago. We booked online late at night from the airport and took a cab straight over. Arthur at the front desk greeted us with a smile, checked us in efficiently, and helped look up my Bonvoy membership. He also gave us bottled water and offered late checkout, which we appreciated since it wouldn’t have occurred to us to ask. We got a hot shower, a good sleep, and a decent meal, so we were in much better shape to travel again the next day. Thanks for taking such good care of us.

The shuttle was right on time, and I got work done when I wasn’t at the con. Everything was great, from the hotel to the people. I had an incredible time at MFF and was so glad I stayed at the Marriot. Our room was spotless and comfy, more like a luxury apartment. The managers were kind and made me feel great. Zero was freaking awesome, such a sweet, great guy. My girlfriend and I love him. The Hyatt was fun to hang out at, and I had friends there, but it was super packed. I needed to work and get some rest too, so this was the right balance for me. If MFF is at the Donald Stephens convention center next time, I’m staying here.
