After taking $500 from me, they left me on hold for over 3 hours. I finally had to call sales and leave a message for billing to call me back and do their job. Three days passed with no response, so I called billing again and got the runaround. I'm disgusted by the disrespect, games, and unprofessionalism. Big companies robbing people feels expected in 2024, but this treatment is too much. A hotel that handles customers this way must have awful standards. DC is a big city, and I promise you can find somewhere better.

The apartments were clean, the AC was cold, the kitchen was roomy, and the washer and dryers seemed nearly new. The gym was large with plenty of good equipment. But the water pressure was weak, it never got very hot, and one evening it was only lukewarm. Internet kept dropping and was too unreliable for work. The concierge told me to call Verizon, and a suited resident I met in the elevator said the connection was always horrible. Getting in was a mess. The Uber address didn't match the actual one, and it took a while to figure out the codes for the front door, elevator, and apartment. Other arrivals were just as confused, and there was no concierge in the lobby. We had two apartments, and neither sofa bed was made or had linens ready. No one picked up the customer service line, so eventually we reached the emergency number. The lobby concierge wasn't responsible for these rentals, so we went to the third-floor rental office. The woman there was friendly and luckily available, but I had to fetch the linens from the basement. The attendant had no cart and moved the supplies on her wheeled office chair. Apparently ownership can't afford to buy her one. One apartment had only a single spoon. The bathtub was spacious, though it had a curtain instead of a glass screen or door. We won't stay at one of their properties again. Quite disappointing.

I love getting invited there. The building has so much to keep guests entertained, from the indoor and rooftop jacuzzis and pools to a full indoor basketball court, bowling alley, photo booth, and pool tables. Is wonderful?

This place is horrible. They don't allow refunds, and their policies are the worst of any hotel. I've been trying for an entire month, but they still don't answer the phones or get back to me in time. Don't book through Expedia, don't book here. Stay away.

Scam! We had to cancel our room within hours of booking, but this property company won't refund our $600. Their policies aren't clear. Don't book a room here. Crooks!
