Hyatt Centric Chicago O'Hare

Pina pointed us toward some local places and suggested the hotel restaurant, which turned out to be a great call. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were all so welcoming and kind. The hotel looks brand new or recently renovated. Everything was lovely, and we’ll absolutely stay here next time we’re in Chicago.

We were there for two days in mid-October, and right from the start the place felt cozy, clean, and welcoming. Our king room was tidy, upscale, and seemed newly renovated. It really felt like a home away from home. The location worked well for us: about a 10-minute drive to the airport, a five-minute walk to the casino across the street, and roughly 30-40 minutes from downtown by car or Uber. Chicago’s sights are beautiful, and we’re looking forward to coming back and staying here again. Jamie and Tony at the front desk greeted us with big smiles and made sure we had what we needed. When I needed water or a room change, Jamie got it sorted. The bar staff and front desk team helped make the stay so hospitable. This review is long overdue, but thank you, and see you soon.

The room Nespresso machine was a nice extra, and the front desk team was accommodating, especially Tony. The shuttle to ORD runs around the clock, which I appreciated since several nearby hotels only offer it at certain times. The rooms are clean and modern, the staff are hospitable, and the location is convenient for O'Hare. I’d happily stay here again.

The CIMA food and service were outstanding, and the airport shuttle driver was great too. Check-in was quick and personal, and my room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. After more than 30 years of work trips around the US, this is the best lodging experience I’ve had for business travel. When I’m passing through O'Hare, this will be my one place.
