The room move only happened after I contacted management, and nobody offered to help carry my belongings until I asked. With a disruption this serious, I expected the hotel to take a more proactive approach. The building’s water was out for a whole day during my five-night stay while I was attending school. I couldn’t shower, use the bathroom normally, or get ready for class. I also had personal health needs that made having no running water especially difficult for basic hygiene. It was stressful and uncomfortable, especially while trying to focus on school. After I checked out, Candace from the hotel contacted me and added 8,000 World of Hyatt points to my account, which I appreciate. But I replied with more detail about the impact and never got an answer to my last email, sent February 13, 2026. That lack of follow-up was disappointing. I’ve had good stays at Hyatt before, so this one stood out for the wrong reasons. I hope the hotel improves how it supports guests during unexpected problems and how it follows up afterward.

The bathroom felt a little dated, with a shower-over-bathtub setup like an inn, but the rest of the room was very nice. I got a good suite upgrade as a globalist, and the breakfast buffet was complimentary. Solid place for a night near the airport, with shuttle rides both ways about every 15 minutes.

I’ve stayed here several times for conventions held at the hotel, so the location is really convenient. The service is consistently great and the rooms are clean. The recurring annoyance is the shower: in every room I’ve tried, it floods the whole bathroom. Housekeeping usually brings replacement towels, so it’s not a huge deal, just inconvenient. Otherwise, it’s great.

The room was clean and the staff were nice. My problem was the charger information. As a Tesla owner, I called before coming and was told there were 2 chargers, but at the front desk I learned they’d been removed a few months earlier. The hotel’s own staff didn’t seem to know about that change. More and more people drive electric cars these days, so removing the chargers seemed like a stupid decision.
