OYO Hotel Rosenberg TX I-69

Getting around was easy, since Oyo Rosenberg is close to attractions and public transportation. The view from my window was stunning, too. My room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, clean linens, modern amenities, and complimentary toiletries. Check-in went smoothly, and the front desk staff welcomed me warmly. I also liked the inviting feel of the tastefully decorated lobby. I had a delightful stay and would highly recommend Oyo Rosenberg as a comfortable, convenient place. I look forward to coming back.

The staff are so nice and helpful, and I love that it's kid-friendly. I haven't seen any bugs either, which is a huge plus. No issues for me.

The toilet and towels were dirty, and the towels still had hair from previous guests. There were foul smells, and I found cockroaches all over the room, even inside the refrigerator. I couldn't sleep there or bring myself to sit on the bed or chairs, so I packed up and left. The woman at the front desk said I couldn't get a refund. I found another hotel and spent the night there. This is the worst hotel I've ever seen, and it's very dirty.

During my weekend stay at the OYO Hotel in Rosenberg, TX, dated 06/12/2025, I noticed bugs on the bedding. The mattress and box spring were quite worn and outdated, and a guest experienced some bug bites by the end of the stay. The room refrigerator was frozen over, and the bathroom water pressure was very low. Outside, there was visible litter, cigarette butts, and other debris. The property looked untidy, with quite a few flies and low areas that weren't lit. I reported these concerns to the on-site manager, and OYO's customer experience team is reviewing them. I hope the issues are addressed for future guests.
