Palace Inn Rosenberg

My two adult daughters and I really enjoyed staying here. It was quiet and clean, and there are all kinds of stores nearby, along with hospitals. The parking lot is well lit and has cameras to protect the cars. The employees and owner were nice and polite. There are also reasonably priced washers and dryers upstairs, vending machines, and a BBQ pit with picnic benches for guests.

The place was clean, which honestly was more than I expected, so the stay was okay overall. When I arrived with cash, the customer service was amazing, but they were very rude to my lady friend over the phone. They use cheap laundry detergent, and it made the bed itchy for me.

I came down for medical reasons because I'm disabled and decided to stay here. The clerk sent me around the back, down a dark sidewalk, to room 219. The room was locked and the key didn't work. He wasn't nice to me, and I'm a lady. It felt like he didn't want a Black person at his motel, so I left.

I've stayed in a lot of budget motels, and this is one of the best. The room was a good size, comfortable, and had decent furnishings. Room service was excellent, and the people running the place were friendly. Breakfast is minimal, and the internet usually works. The weekly rates are excellent.
