Every time we stay, Ronnie, the woman who handles check-in, checkout, and room service, comes to our door at 9 a.m. and wakes us up even though checkout isn't until 11. She keeps calling the room every five minutes and says we need to leave the door unlocked so she can come in while we're sleeping. She's the rudest lady I've ever met. I wouldn't recommend staying here. If zero stars were an option, that's what I'd give. This place needs a new manager.

The A/C in our room didn't work, and it was absolutely miserable. The staff, who I believe were a mother and daughter, were rude as hell and made me feel like I was interrupting them. They couldn't even stop talking to each other to listen, so I had to repeat myself. Just a horrible experience all around.

We left and stayed somewhere else. The sheets had what looked like blood stains all over them under the comforter, and cockroaches were crawling on the mattress and in the bathroom. The locks on the door were completely broken. The room also stank of cigarettes, and the furniture was missing cabinets and drawers. It looked okay when we stopped by, but the room was awful. Do not stay here.

The woman who checked us in was really nice, and I feel sorry for her, but the rooms are embarrassing. The bed had a huge sunken spot, like sleeping in a cereal bowl, and the bedspread had so many cigarette burns that we could feel the A/C blowing through it. The smoke smell was awful, too. There was a wet cigarette butt behind the bathroom door, dried toilet paper stuck to the doorknob, and a little piece of soap left on the tub from the previous guest. There were no coffee pots in the rooms. The office said coffee was available from 6 to 9 a.m., but at 6:45 I had to make it myself in the office, and the pot wasn't even plugged in. If all the rooms are like this, they should be torn down. As the owner, you should be embarrassed to rent them.
