The ladies at the front desk were polite and courteous, and the courtyard was really nice. The best feature in my room was the updated curtains that pull down instead of drawing together. The room was sparse, with just a small three-drawer dresser, a little rolling table, and one chair. It was clean-ish: the linens looked fresh and clean, and the floor was okay, but there were dead flies tucked behind the hot tub, dust on a bathroom shelf thick enough to leave a clear finger mark, and a big dust pile right beside the bathtub. The property had a somewhat sketchy atmosphere that made me uncomfortable. The hot tub itself worked great and was large enough to sit in comfortably. For the price, especially in the off season, I didn't feel the room was worth it.

I was worn out after a long flight and was in town, more or less, to put my mom to rest, so I needed a simple place. The reviews had made me a little nervous, but the price looked good, and I paid $25 for early check-in so I could shower and sleep instead of waiting until afternoon. They let me see the room before I paid, which put me at ease. The staff were accommodating, and the room was clean and practical, with heat / AC, a TV, microwave, and small fridge. The area felt a little sketchy, but there were pros and cons, including a fairly nice bar and grill attached. I'd gladly recommend the place. I also included a video and some pictures of the room as I was checking out.
The room was clean, the area felt safe, and breakfast had chocolate donuts, hard to beat. It was a nice place to stay and definitely worth the money. I docked service because only the lighter-haired woman working days at the front desk wasn't rude. The darker-haired woman seated off to the side behind the desk was rude, and the person on nights acted like my questions were a nuisance, even though I only went up twice in the whole week. Avoid asking at night where the ice is and you'll be fine.
The room was in poor shape and had an unpleasant smell that lingered throughout. They advertised complimentary breakfast, but all they offered was a small pack of donuts, which fell short of what I expected. After this stay, I strongly wouldn't recommend the hotel.
The place was disgusting, with stains all over the walls and rooms that didn't seem to get cleaned. The listing photos showed a jacuzzi in the room we booked, but when we arrived they said there wasn't one. I can't recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy.
