The item I left behind was a keepsake with deep personal meaning, so I contacted the hotel after checking out on January 10. Staff said it hadn't been found. I asked them to search again carefully, including housekeeping and laundry, and was told the property manager would call. That never happened. I then contacted Corporate Customer Relations, who said management would follow up within five business days. No one did. District management was next, with a promised response within 48 hours, and again I heard nothing. The loss itself was upsetting, but the repeated promises followed by silence made it much worse. At every level, I was assured someone would contact me, and nobody did. This shows a serious failure to handle guests' property and a disregard for professional responsibility and basic respect.

Steven at the front desk deserves a mention. He was warm and respectful to everyone staying there, and helped me get into my room a little early. I'd been awake since 0400hr, so I really appreciated it. People like him are hard to find. This is an extended stay hotel, and some guests are there longer term. I only needed a bed for a few nights while visiting a friend near the city. The location is convenient, not too far from things, and the place is good enough for that kind of stay. It's not the fanciest option, but in Roseville you could do worse.

I've been staying here for seven and 8 months, and it's been a very good experience. When issues came up, staff stepped in and sorted them out quickly. The property is kept clean and updated when needed, and everyone is friendly. Steven deserves a special mention. He always says good morning, and when he's not checking someone in or handling daily business, he's cleaning floors, walls, and countertops. I appreciate all the staff who keep the place clean inside and out.

The customer service was really nice, and they kindly gave us some money back after the alarms disrupted our stay. The room didn't match the pictures, though I only needed somewhere to sleep for a couple of nights, so that didn't matter much. The fire alarms were frightening. The first time was at 11am, and we grabbed our things in a panic and headed for the door. Nobody else was rushing out, then the alarm stopped. It happened again at 4am. Apparently this happens often. We were afraid to go back to sleep and left earlier than planned. Aside from those scary alarms, thanks for the stay.
