The room was clean, and the bed was amazing. The entryway floor in our room had some problems, and the A/C made awful noises, though it worked well. Staff were fine, but nobody seemed especially friendly. My husband and I had just become IHG Premier members and were greeted as members, no big deal. It’s been years since I stayed at a HIE, but for the price, this was great. Roswell is a really neat place, and the hotel makes a good base for exploring.

The shower was top notch, the bed was the best ever, and everything smelled clean and lovely. Breakfast was good too. Thanks for a wonderful, much-needed night of rest. We’ll always come back here.

The room was great, and the breakfast staff member was amazing, such a hard worker. But checkout left me upset. This is supposed to be a non-smoking property, and guests were sent off the grounds to smoke, while the cleaning crew smoked right by the front door. The lobby smelled of cigarettes and vape. When I told the front desk manager, she gave me a lot of attitude. Guests shouldn’t be treated as if they did something wrong for complaining about staff blatantly ignoring the rules.

We needed a conveniently located hotel, and this fit what we were looking for. We’ve been really happy with the stay, and the room is clean and updated.

The lobby bathroom was filthy and had no toilet paper. There was poop around the toilet, and nobody was cleaning it. The floor was really dirty, and with no fans to remove odors after people use the toilet, the smell stays trapped. The bathroom in the bedroom also had no fan. The sofa and countertop in the bedroom were dirty too.
