The staff were really nice, and the room was clean, though it was basic and pretty old. We were there for two nights while the rest of the hotel was full of a construction crew, so parking was hard at night. In the morning, diesel engines were warming up loudly just a few feet from the climate-control air intake. Fair enough for a basic stay.

My wife and I were really impressed by the people working here. Everyone we met, from the maintenance man to the manager, was polite and helpful, and they went out of their way to make us comfortable. The manager was especially understanding and accommodating about my wife’s specific needs. Thanks, guys.

We’ve been here for several weeks, and the staff have been great. After our first week, they moved us to a room with a cleaner floor. They keep the room tidy and well stocked, and everyone’s friendly. Honestly, these folks are amazing.

I used my points yesterday to book a room for a little time to myself, but I never got the room because they required a $100 deposit. I’ve never had to pay one when booking with points before. Has the policy changed?

The room seemed fine at first, but on the second day they knocked even though we weren’t checking out. Then on the last day they kept knocking again, even though the time to check my confirmation email was 1 pm. Poor service. Don’t let this place fool you. They steal your money, so watch them.
