The pool area needs repairs and touchups. The indoor pool and hot tub were in disrepair, with large patches of paint bubbling and peeling on the walls and ceiling. The door was locked, and my card wouldn't open it, so the manager had to come unlock it and prop it open with a traffic cone. On February 10th, it was cold outside, but three large windows were left open to air out the pool room. As far as I could tell, the pool wasn't heated. The room itself was spacious and otherwise in good condition, and service was good. But it smelled extremely strongly of cleaning products or fragrances, and it took hours to air out. The showerhead leaked and was partly broken. Being right on the 70 made it a bit noisy.

The desk lady was always friendly, and the restaurant nearby was convenient, though that made the parking lot a little crowded. Breakfast was just okay if you like waffles. The pool was okay, but the hot tub was freezing, which was disappointing since we hoped to use it. I think the rooms should be more like $40/$60 a night. We stayed in the king suite, which was spacious and looked clean, but the floor was dirty. I should have taken pictures, but didn't. The bed was only okay for comfort. The showerhead was broken, the tub took forever to drain, and the sink drain smelled (Rm 125). There was no "Do Not Disturb" sign, and the office couldn't find one either.

We stayed over Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and loved the king suite and the indoor pool. My 2 year old loved the hot tub too. The rooms are really clean, spacious, and have all the amenities.

We were exhausted when my friend and I arrived and shared a room with two queen beds. After unloading our bags, we got ready for bed. The bathroom was dirty, so we wiped it down with disinfectant wipes before showering and changing into our pajamas. Then I pulled back the sheets on my bed and found sex stains, including bloody ones. Management only offered a discount on a future stay. Stay somewhere else.

The rooms were big, the washrooms were clean, and breakfast was good. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely book again in the future.
