The beds were comfortable and clean, and the fixtures were all in good repair. It's a quiet spot on a hillside, away from traffic and noise. The complimentary breakfast had a nice range of tasty options. The Best Western is well maintained, and everyone on staff was friendly and helpful.

After an 18-hour drive to Ruidoso, my wife and I were relieved to find a room at Best Western. We'd left the local “resort” we booked because it was dirty, felt unsafe, and had sketchy people sitting outside. This stay was a huge improvement. The hotel was clean, the rooms nicely updated, and the whole place felt safe and well kept. Staff were friendly, professional, and helpful after a long day on the road. Breakfast was fresh, well stocked, and had plenty of choices, one of the better hotel breakfasts we've had. I'd happily book this Best Western again on our next trip to Ruidoso.

Rose at the front desk was so welcoming and friendly, and Gina in the breakfast area was sweet and helpful, making sure everything was set. My room at the Best Western Plus in Ruidosa New Mexico was clean, comfortable, and well kept. I had a great stay!

The hotel was so clean, the breakfast was outstanding, and the customer service was great. Ana handled check-in, while Mari and Felipe took care of breakfast. Felipe also works in maintenance, and Brandon is the head housekeeper. They were all so nice and amazing.

The weekend continental breakfast was fresh and well stocked, with an attentive, friendly, helpful staff member serving it. Our room was clean and the service excellent. This hotel impressed me, and I'd highly recommend it.
