Our Air B&B was filthy when we checked in, so we called here and they got us in quickly. We booked two rooms and were pleasantly surprised by how wonderful they were. The staff were amazing, and the sauna and coffee were a nice surprise. We were only passing through for one night, but this will be our home next time we’re in the area.

The room was spotless and so comfortable. We had a Roku TV, electric fireplace, wine glasses, and even a corkscrew. We’ve stayed in plenty of hotels where we had to beg for one, so that was a big plus. The old-school room keys were a fun, nostalgic touch, and the cozy mountain lodge decor made our weekend feel special and relaxing. We stayed in the double queen suite at Sitzmark Chalet in Ruidoso, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations, especially for the price. The online pictures really don’t do it justice. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly with fresh cookies, hot chocolate, and coffee. We absolutely loved it and will definitely book again. Highly recommend the Sitzmark Chalet if you’re heading to Ruidoso.

The sauna was easily the best one I’ve ever used. I was sweating buckets and felt amazing afterward! Sitzmark Inn is a cute, cozy, super clean little motel, and you can tell they really care about the place. The peaceful, homey feel is perfect for a mountain getaway. It’ll be our go-to whenever we come back to Ruidoso. Highly recommend!

Lisa at the check-in desk is sooo nice and accommodating. The rooms are nice and convenient, and they offer coffee and muffins in the little lobby in the mornings. I think this is our new favorite place to stay when visiting Ruidoso.

Fresh coffee and hot muffins are available every morning. The employees are friendly and accommodating, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the shower was nice and hot. I won’t hesitate to stay again.
