The front desk woman was marvelous with us and felt bad about what happened. We were staying at the hotel after storm damage at home. When my husband got in the shower, the drain started backing up, and filthy water, hair, and other people's debris came up into the tub. Water was spraying everywhere too. He asked the front desk if someone could fix it, but they gave him a plunger so he could try himself. He's a handyman, and while he plunged the tub to get the water down, a massive amount of hair and dirt came out. There was nobody at the hotel to fix the problem, no manager, no one. I sent the manager a few long messages with pictures and videos. They didn't respond until much later, though they did give us our money back so we could go to another hotel. We were exhausted from work. Then my dad, not knowing what had happened, went to book a room for himself and his wife using my credit card while I was out of town. The front desk told them we'd been banned for complaining and getting reimbursed. We should have at least been offered an apology, especially since my husband tried to fix the problem himself. I've never had hotel issues before. We normally only stay at five-star hotels, but we had an emergency and live in the area, so we had no choice. Being told we were banned over the room's condition and the refund, with no gratitude for his effort, was terrible.

The room was quiet, super clean, and had comfortable beds. We were on the first floor with our pet, and the hotel is pet friendly. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious. I stayed five nights and really enjoyed it. They even have a bar with fun staff. I just moved to the Lehigh Valley, and staying here was a great way to start my life here.

We reached Allentown from Indiana at 530am after driving through a major snow storm, hours before our reservation. Kayla at the front desk and Canyetta Mobley, the Housekeeping Manager, jumped in and cleaned a room so my wife and I wouldn't have to sleep in our car. It was ready within 30 minutes, and they told us to come in. That's outstanding service, with staff going the extra mile for guests who need help. I'm truly grateful and thankful to these Comfort Inn employees on Thanksgiving weekend, and hope senior management recognizes their selfless effort.

The room was clean, the bed was super comfy, and the jacuzzi was nice. She also sorted out our booking problem quickly. I've saved this location for next time I'm back in the area. Thanks, you guys did an awesome job.

The staff at the front were nice, and the location was great. The rooms were roomy, with a microwave and fridge, and it was puppy friendly. Breakfast was okay, nothing fancy, but filling. There was guest laundry, though the gym only had a few tread mills. The TV could use an update, and the bathroom had no body wash. I work overnight shifts and was in my room every day. Nobody knocked to clean or restock, even though there was no “do not disturb sign” outside. I didn't get maid service until day 6, which was checkout.
