The parking is $5 an hour, and I’d avoid the QR code because it added fees. I had to cancel my credit card and dispute the charges. The beach itself was the worst I’ve seen in Florida: dead black sea grass was left sitting there, smelling and drawing bugs, with no raking or cleanup. Definitely not a fun day in the sun.

We wanted somewhere quiet and this small beach gave us exactly that. Parking was right by the sand, so there wasn’t a long walk. I’d recommend it 👌

A private, upscale little spot for grabbing food and drinks with the family. It’s also great for kayaking or paddle boarding.

The sunset is pretty decent, but that’s about the only reason I’d come here. Swimming isn’t allowed because of high bacteria levels. You’d need to drive around 40 minutes to reach a public beach where you can swim, so don’t plan a vacation around this beach or community unless that works for you. The community is nice, but the amenities are seriously overpriced, and parking is $5 an hour even though you can’t swim here. 😐

There’s no free beach experience here. Parking costs money, and living in this place is expensive too. If you want to see the sunset at this beautiful spot, you’ll need to buy a condo or pay to park. The people here want visitors to be polite and look after the beach. Your free ride is over.
