Best Western Plus Russellville Hotel & Suites

I booked five nights and deeply regret it. The carpets were so filthy they turned my feet black, and heavy machinery on my floor made enough noise to vibrate the whole building. It was noisy in general too. I’d recommend anywhere else.

Breakfast was fresh and good, though the coffee could’ve been stronger. The beds were clean, the mini fridge was useful, the AC was cool, and the small bathroom was adequate. Hot water took ages to reach us, so with four people trying to get ready quickly, the first shower was mostly cold. The other three were hot. All in all, not bad.

The rooms are clean and neatly set up, and the staff are always friendly. Breakfast is consistently fresh and plentiful.

The staff were very friendly, and the location worked for us, but we didn’t feel it was healthy to stay there. The room smelled damp, the bedding was stained and wet to the touch, and there was mold growing in the bathroom. The AC also kept shutting off.
