We were in Rye for my nephew’s wedding, June 3rd-5th 2016, and the whole family stayed at the Arbor Inn. My wife and I had the Arbor Room Suite, which was lovely, with a spectacular view of the yard. The other rooms looked just as nice, too. The house and grounds are kept in great shape, and the food and service were excellent. Julie, the owner and innkeeper, was warm and such a good chef, cook, and baker. We all had a great stay and are looking forward to coming back to Rye, NH. Five stars plus.

We needed a place to break up our drive from Charlotte, NC to Portland, Maine in Aug 2017, and Julie let us stay at the Arbor Inn B&B. She was wonderful, and the location, breakfast, and service were all great. My husband and I walked to the beach early one morning to catch the sunrise. It was breathtaking. Julie also had helpful tips for downtown shops, places to eat, ice cream shops, the beach, and more. A great place if you're in Rye or near Portsmouth, NH. Highly recommend!

Julie was such a friendly, down-to-earth hostess, always smiling and bustling around to make sure everyone was happy. At the Arbor Inn open house, we got to sample breakfast items, and wow, they were delightful. The rooms each had their own charm, so it was hard to choose one. I loved the quaint elegance and style throughout the Inn. I'd give it an 11 or 12, better than a 10. Book a quiet getaway at the Arbor Inn in Rye, New Hampshire. You won't regret it. Sandra

Breakfast made to order, friendly staff, and such a peaceful, relaxing feel. It's also just a short walk to probably the world's best fish chodder at Pettie's Seafood Restaurant, and the best beach in New Hampshire is right nearby. What more could you want?
