Our room was clean and comfortable, and being able to sign in to Disney+ and Netflix was a hit with our grandkids. The staff were kind and helpful throughout, from the front desk to housekeeping. When a booking issue came up that wasn’t the hotel’s fault, Caesar treated us respectfully and helped sort it out, even making sure we had what we needed in the room. Manager Monica also worked hard to resolve the reservation problem and help us. We’d stay here again. Thanks to both of them for looking after us.

The room had a stained, filthy chair, and the bed was hard. The top blanket felt so scratchy that we took it off. We didn’t get hot water until about 9:30 the next morning, which was awful after coming back from a hike when we wanted to shower before bed. I hope they changed the sheets. The location itself isn’t bad, but finding the parking lot entrance and getting in are both difficult.

Garrett at the front desk made our stay fantastic. He suggested restaurants more than once, and each time they were just what we wanted. He also pointed us toward nearby stores. We were grateful for how helpful he was.

I’m in hotels several days every week for work, and this was my first stay at a Tru By Hilton. I won’t be back. The lobby and snack area looked nice, and there was a pool table and a pleasant shared space, but the room itself was a hassle. There was hardly anywhere to put anything: one tiny nightstand and a small desk in a big, empty-feeling room. The bathroom vanity had almost no counter space, and the toilet paper was four feet from the toilet. The floor was hardwood or vinyl, which meant stepping onto a cold surface in the morning. I’d rather have carpet. The shower was cramped, the curtain didn’t close all the way, and I kept bumping my arms on the walls. Water pressure was among the worst I’ve experienced. It took around 30 minutes to feel like the soap had rinsed off, and their soap left a slippery film. There was no microwave for the meals I bring on the road, and the fridge barely got cold even at its coldest setting. It came across as cheaply built, with bright colors trying to dress it up. I asked my company to book me somewhere else next time. My one-star rating is for how inconvenient the room was.
