The desk clerk deserves 5☆s for sticking with us through this circus, helping us move, and finding us another room. The whole thing took 1.5 hours and it was almost midnight. Room 1 had a pungent sour smell. The refrigerator was off, and after we switched it on, it still wasn’t cool five minutes later. Instead, it smelled like a shorting wire. My husband found the source of the sour smell in the bathroom: the sink was clogged with dirty, stinky water. The TV remote didn’t work, and the TV was stuck on Disneys Phineas and Pherbe, so we couldn’t change the channel or lower the volume. There were no towel bars, soap, Kleenex, hairdryer, or phone, and the plug-ins were old or broken. When we moved to room 2, the programmed key wouldn’t work. The problem turned out to be the door lock, not the key, so we waited in the room while she found us another one. In room 3, the bedspreads had dirt stains, though the beds were comfy. The tub was way past its useful life. The coffee maker sprayed hot water over the counter, there was no towel holder, and the alarm clock’s hour button didn’t work. Some wall plug-ins looked like they could hurt someone, but the ones on the lamps worked, so we used those. Breakfast at 8 was another mess. Neither hot pot had coffee, the juice machine leaked water everywhere, and there was no toast bread, muffins, or fruit. There was only enough waffle batter for 2 waffles, and the syrup dispenser was broken and made a royal mess. Keep yourselves safe and avoid this place from hell.

For 53 bucks and no deposit, I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. I expected the mattress to be stiff or to feel the rails through it, but it was as comfortable as beds at Marriott hotels. The front desk was super nice and fast, and getting a first-floor room was easy, with no hassle or up-sell. The front part of the room seemed more updated. The bathroom and washing area looked older, but not enough to make me want to leave. I showered with my sandals on, lol. For a low-budget hotel, I’d give it four out of five. Everyone wants to charge $200 just to get some rest, and at $53 I couldn’t beat this.

It was dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned well, and the constant noise made it impossible to rest. The breakfast was horrible and not worth eating. The room door barely opened, and the inside door was broken, which made the place feel unsafe and poorly maintained. A very disappointing stay. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

I checked in on December 21st and checked down on December 22nd 2025. The room had a 7-Up can in the window, and the TV didn’t work. I called the front desk twice, then had a friend call too, but nobody answered. When I finally went down, the staff member said a lot of rooms had TVs that didn’t work. I asked why they were being booked, then asked if there was a room with a working TV. He said he might be able to find one, and he did switch me. The new room had no towels. In the morning I went back to ask, but they only had one small towel, which wasn’t going to work for me. How does a hotel not have towels, even extras for the rooms? Breakfast was just waffles and cereal, with nothing for people who don’t eat bread or lots of carbs. The coffee was on point, and everyone was nice and sweet. Customer service was on point too. Good, more towels, man!
