We could see the mountains from our window, and the location was convenient. The rooms were clean, and the staff friendly. Traveling with a curious baby, I appreciated the window coverings that couldn’t be tugged like curtains. He could pull up on the drawer handles without opening the drawers, and having a bathtub made bath time much easier than a shower would have. It was quiet too, as if the walls were thick. We didn’t have to tiptoe around in the evening worrying about disturbing neighbors. I’d recommend this hotel for anyone with a baby or toddler.

The price seemed reasonable for the area, with lots of restaurants that deliver through Uber Eats. The location is handy for the freeway and exits. Breakfast starts downstairs at 6:30 and had a good selection, and there were computers available. The room and carpet were bright, the shower was large and new, and the sink had a roomy counter. The beds were clean and comfortable. I’d stay at this Holiday Inn again.

The location worked well, parking was adequate and free, and everyone at the front desk was helpful. Our room was spacious, but the bathtub made a noise with every movement in the shower, which disturbed people in the room. The pool was too cold to enjoy. Breakfast fell short of expectations both mornings. There was a nearly empty gallon jug of milk in the shared fridge instead of small cartons, and gravy was served without biscuits each day. The same breakfast was served on both days, and the premade egg omelets were slimy inside.

The location was great, and the rooms were just as impressive as the beautiful new Holiday Inn Express by IHG Hotels on the north side. Everyone on staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and way better than I expected. I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend it.

Pretty decent all around. The room was comfortable, the amenities were good, and breakfast had a fair number of choices. El paso is busy and noisy, and you can hear the city at any hour, but I still slept just fine. The hotel is on the north side, near Frarklin open space and museums.
