The staff are friendly and helpful, and they’ll respond if you call about a problem. The location also makes it easy to get to the airport, with some pretty good restaurants nearby. Breakfast is the usual hotel kind. The rooms feel old, the beds are okay, and the pillows could be better. I’d ask for a top-floor room. Every time I stay, people upstairs walk around at strange hours, and the thin, squeaky floors keep me awake. I don’t know what they’re doing wandering around after midnight, but it’s happened every time.

Great stay! The pet fee was only 25.00, while other motels wanted 100.150..pet fee. Rooms were clean and had cold air, a fridge and microwave. The beds and pillows were great, ice machines worked everywhere, and the pool was nice and clean. Staff were very friendly.

I don’t usually bother writing reviews, but I had a rough stay here. The room was dirty and musty, with a long blonde hair on the pillow. That made me wonder if the linens had been washed. The shower was filthy too, and I was glad I’d brought flip flops. I told the front desk the next morning and asked to speak with someone about it. The person there said the manager was in a meeting and would call me, but after a week with no call I contacted corporate. I only wanted part of my money back. I’d paid $100 a night for a place that felt like a $ 40 hotel. I’d stayed at four other hotels in different locations over the past couple weeks, and this was easily the dirtiest and most expensive. Corporate said they couldn’t do anything and offered a $25 gift card, which didn’t help. I called the hotel again and got the same front desk person, who said the manager wasn’t available. When I asked her to go get the manager because the promised call hadn’t happened, she said again that she couldn’t. An hour later, the front desk person called me and offered $12.56 off the bill. I got angry after trying several times to speak with someone, and it felt like a runaround. I’d been respectful until then. If the manager had spoken with me, I think we could’ve sorted it out respectfully. Instead, it felt immature, and I can’t recommend staying here.

For the price, this is probably the best deal in the area, but the rooms don’t look as clean as they do online. The bathroom is worn and old, with white stuff on the showerhead, and the sheets had some barely noticeable stains. The heater and AC rattle when running. You can also hear planes from the airport in the room day and night.
