Courtyard by Marriott Rye

I travel a lot, and I was so relieved by how easy it was to breathe here. We're extremely sensitive to smells, but the air felt clean, with good airflow, and there wasn't any odor. Everything was spotless. The linens and pillows were fresh, the furniture, bathroom, and carpets were immaculate, and the bed was comfortable. Marriott keeps high standards, and this location went beyond what I expected. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

I've stayed here over Christmas many times, but this visit felt like they were skimping on everything, even though the room itself was fine and clean. There wasn't enough sugar for one cup of coffee, water cost $6.00, and for the first time they charged for parking in the open lot. I need a handicap ♿️ spot, and I think they only had one or two. The price over Christmas was outrageous, and the whole thing was ridiculous.

There are stores nearby, and there's a Starbucks in the lobby. The courtyard was nice, too. Getting here is easy, just pull off the highway and you're at the front door. I expected the nearby road to be noisy, but it wasn't too bad, and the windows were good.

I've stayed here for business several times. It's generally quiet, and there's plenty of free parking, but you'll need a car to go out for food or shopping. On one of my five visits, the sink water kept switching between clean and rusty. That was sorted out by a later stay.
