Comfort Suites Downtown Sacramento

My husband asked the front desk whether they could offer a better rate since I travel for work every week. The owner stepped in and said business was picking up, so the best he could do was 5% off. He came across as arrogant and was useless in handling our request. That kind of behavior will run the property down.

The first thing that concerned me was the area, with many homeless people living on the street and behind the property. Still, the gated parking lot made me feel safe leaving the car there at night. The room was huge, with a separate living room and two extremely comfortable beds in the other room. It was clean, the staff were very nice, and I’d definitely stay here again after my last-minute trip.

I needed somewhere quiet to sleep and get away from my family over Christmas, and Jash came through at short notice with a good room tucked away from everyone else. 10/10, thank you, Jash.

The breakfast was awesome, the service was good, and the hotel was clean with very good rooms. The only drawback is that the price felt a little high, though the service is good.
