We liked the large heated indoor pool and hot tub, and the room's balcony was a nice spot to sit in the morning sun. The bed was comfortable, the place was quiet, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. There's also a guest-pay laundry room. Breakfast was very good: a homemade waffle maker, apples and oranges, dry cereal, small muffins, yogurt, orange and apple juice, and egg and cheese McMuffins, with or without sausage. Cleanliness could have been better, though it wasn't bad. I'd definitely come back.

For the price, it's not a bad place. Our room was very clean and had all the condiments and two flat-screen TVs. The service was friendly, and the kids enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and indoor pool. The hallways and elevators could use some cold air. Otherwise, we’ll definitely return when we're passing through safford again.

We booked the Safford, AZ location at the last minute and were glad we picked it. The staff were absolutely wonderful, courteous, and professional, and the breakfast was great. Our room was clean and smelled refreshed. We visit relatives at least once a year, so we'll stay here again.

The staff treated us so poorly that we nearly left, and I wouldn't stay here again because of them. The hotel itself was nice and clean, the beds were very comfortable and we slept well, and the swimming pool was great. It had a big hot tub and steam rooms. Still, the staff weren't very friendly.

I stay here at least 10 to 15 days a month. The staff always go out of their way to handle any extra needs, and the hot breakfast is great. It's a clean, neat property in a great location, with a nice pool and pet-friendly setup. Excellent property and staff, highly recommend it.
