The staff were friendly, and the place worked for what my adult daughter and I needed: about seven hours of sleep before her orientation at svsu. It’s definitely dated, though, and breakfast was basic: scrambled eggs, sausage links, Fruit Loops, Corn Flakes, bread for toast, and two waffle makers with watered-down syrup. Would I recommend it or stay again? Probably not.

The rooms were comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the hot tub worked. The water got hot after running for a while, and the location was good despite the construction. When we first pulled in, we thought the hotel had closed, but it seemed better once we were inside. Breakfast was the main problem: the sausage, eggs, and potatoes were awful and barely warm on both days. The area was filthy, with coffee spills and dropped food left everywhere, as if it was set up in the morning and then abandoned. It looked like construction workers came in first thing, ate, and left mud from their boots. Hallway windows were left open, making the hotel cold. I had to put on my jacket when leaving the room and turn up the heat inside.

The front desk staff were so friendly, helpful, and attentive, and really went out of their way to make the stay memorable. Our room was beautiful, with a relaxing jacuzzi tub and a bed that was incredibly comfortable. I’d give more stars if I could.

I’ve spent one night here so far and really like the customer service. I got room 140, which has an amazing tub, and the beds have great support. I’m hoping to stay another two nights if I can. Should’ve booked here sooner.

The staff were SUPER helpful and friendly, but I still wouldn’t stay here again. I was bumped from the Four Pointes to the Ramada for a convention, and finding the parking lot was a mess. The road was closed, Waze sent me in circles, and I eventually had to drive the wrong way down a closed one-way road. The signs weren’t lit, so it was hard to tell in the dark whether I’d found the right place. The lobby looked comfortable and clean, but the room only had one king bed even though we’d booked two queens. That worked for my group, but caused trouble for other people at the event who’d booked two queens too. The room was okay, but badly outdated: a small lamp was hanging off the wall, there were strange stains on the glass wall art, and the carpet was gross and needed replacing. I’ve included a photo of the phone for reference. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were clean. A small group with garbage bags was hanging around the lobby. One man asked if he could stay for 45 minutes while they waited for a ride and offered to pay me. I told him I didn’t work there. As a woman traveling alone, I was also uneasy about the many men in the parking lot and an off-leash yellow dog that was beautiful but fierce. It seemed like it might belong to a hotel worker, though I’m not sure why it was alone in the lot.
