We really enjoyed the outdoor area, whether we were swimming, fishing, or just catching some sun. The hosts were friendly, and the Red Fish suite was so cute, new, clean, and comfortable. It had what we needed, including kitchen facilities, and we wished we could have stayed longer. We’d definitely recommend 2 Fish Inn.

Fishing off the dock kept my husband busy whenever he had free time. He caught snapper, sheep head, and trout. We stayed in the adorable Tarpon unit, which had lots of thoughtful little extras, including a Keurig coffee machine and air fryer. It was also well placed for walking to most of the spots we wanted to visit. We were glad we could book just a couple of days instead of needing to stay a full week, and we can’t wait to come back to 2 Fish Inn.
We spent 10 weeks here and enjoyed every minute, and we’re planning to return next year. The canal views were lovely, with dolphins and manatees swimming by, and we liked relaxing by the heated pool in its screened enclosure. There’s a dock for fishing or tying up a boat, and several places to eat are within walking distance. Our suite had what we needed in the kitchen, plus linens and beach towels. The owners were friendly and went out of their way to help. 2 Fish Inn is charming, relaxing, and beautifully remodeled after Hurricane Ian. There’s also coin-operated laundry on site with new machines.
The owner was flexible about checkout when we lost track of time, so we never felt rushed. We also liked being able to walk to a few small, locally owned businesses for a fresh Grouper sandwich and a harbor sunset view. The outdoor spaces had colorful gardens, seating by the canal, and a tiki-hut; it was nice to watch fishing boats and small yachts pass. We enjoyed the screened porch, lounge chairs, and heated pool, floating on noodles in the sun and looking at the stars. Inside, the units were thoughtfully laid out for work or downtime, with useful amenities like a tea and coffee nook, wine fridge, glasses, and kitchen appliances for making meals. After the hurricane that swept through the community less than two years ago, 2 Fish Inn feels like a comfortable renewal. It’s a quiet oasis on Pine Island, and we’ll be back.
My daughter was thrilled that the pool was right outside our door, and we had a great Labor Day weekend in the “cabana suite.” It was beautiful, very clean, and had everything we needed. The location is great too, close to several restaurants. We’ll definitely return.
