The views and location made the self-service setup for trash and towels well worth it. This was a unique boutique stay right on the Arkansas River in downtown Selida, and we booked four nights. The room got so hot that I had to leave the balcony door open at night, but the air felt great. The elevation takes some getting used to.

We never had to use our vehicle because everything was within walking distance, which was a big plus for us. The private decks overlooking the river are a fantastic amenity, and the room was great. Great location, right in El Centro, and unbeatable for the price.

The room was lovely and clean, and the staff were extremely accommodating, thank you! We had a river view, with downtown shops and restaurants close by and easy access to hiking and biking. What a fabulous hotel in downtown Salida. Really terrific, I totally recommend The Manhattan in Salida, CO!

The view of the Arkansas river, the beautiful room, and the easy access to great food made this hotel a hidden gem. The staff were great too. We had an amazing stay. Don’t just pass through Salida, make time to stay at the Manhattan Hotel. Highly recommend, it’s a must!

Dan was so helpful, and the location is perfect. Our room was comfortable, very clean, well appointed, and looked out over the Arkansas River. We had a great stay at the Manhattan and will definitely be back.
