Hampton Inn Saline

We could walk downtown Saline or get there with a quick ride, and the lobby had lots of space for our family to gather. We’d come from Philly for a wedding, and the staff took great care of our large group from the start. The hotel was clean, spacious, and updated, with a wide breakfast selection and a very clean pool. Allen, the general manager, went above and beyond. Easily worth five stars.

James has been at the front desk during several of my stays in Saline, and he’s consistently friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. That kind of customer service deserves recognition. The Hampton inn is outstanding overall, with clean rooms and grounds and a good breakfast.

Heather, who was in charge of the breakfast buffet during the week, was cheerful and attentive. She said it was only her third day, but still went out of her way to give us wonderful service. Allen, the manager at the front desk, was great too. They both deserve a high five, maybe more. My wife and I stayed Monday through Sunday after checking in a week ago, and we were extremely satisfied. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks!

The road-facing rooms are the one downside. Traffic is noticeable if you get a room closer to the road, though it wasn’t the worst I’ve experienced. I’ve stayed here several times and have always found the hotel clean and tidy. Some rooms have a unique design, and a corner room or one at the end of the building is even better than a standard room.
