Please tour in person before deciding to live here. I’d also keep the deposit in mind: they charge for ordinary wear and tear, including paint touch-ups and professional or carpet cleaning. I lived here for more than two years, and for over a year I was month to month, repeatedly asking the office when I could get a new lease without ever getting an answer. Since Weinder bought the complex, the office has been short-staffed and has struggled to keep employees. When I applied for a new apartment, they contacted Bridges/ Citifront and said I wasn’t a resident here and was someone else entirely. It was a disappointing experience. There are still issues with homelessness around the property. Cars get broken into, packages are often stolen by people getting into the apartments and by other residents, and sometimes people sleep in hallways or stairwells. Some reviews mention extra security, but that seems to mean more gates, which people have already gotten through easily. The main gate has worked on and off for two years. Police are here often, and kids in the complex pull the fire alarms almost every day. Two of the three elevators have been out for months, making it hard for residents with disabilities to get around the upper floors. There’s a major roach infestation. Clean the vents before moving in because there may be roaches or droppings. There’s also a pigeon problem because one resident feeds them and lets them into their unit. Some homeless people were living in an apartment until the Sheriff escorted them out. Months later, the apartment still hasn’t been cleaned, and roaches come out of it every day. Maintenance hasn’t changed the air filters since Weinder bought the complex a year and a half ago. I put in a request in March to fix the washer and dryer, but nobody ever came, possibly because staff were changing around that time. The cleaning staff work hard, but the place still smells and looks dirty. I want to thank Bea Cervantes, the Community Director, for helping so much with my move-out and answering all my questions and concerns.

I’m grateful to Estephanie for her support and upbeat attitude. She’s helped me several times as part of the Citifront apartment team, and she’s always been kind and professional.

I liked the apartment, but the management didn’t do its job. I sent in an application more than 10 days ago and never heard back. They just took my application fee. What a shame.

My husband and I have lived at Citifront for just over two years, and we’ve renewed for a third time. I wanted to give a shout-out to Angela on the management team. She’s a delight to work with, always helpful and sweet, and really personable with residents. Angela is a true star. Thanks for everything, from the King household.
