Daniela made me feel welcome from the minute I arrived at Residence Inn by Marriott in San Angelo. She was warm, professional, and really went out of her way to make sure things were taken care of. You can tell she cares about guests, and she made the stay even better. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained too. I had a wonderful visit and highly recommend it. Thanks again to Daniela for such great hospitality!

I stayed overnight and was upgraded to a clean, well-maintained two-bedroom room. I also hosted a work learning session in the board room. My HDMI wouldn’t connect, but the staff worked together to find a solution, switching to a projector at the last minute so I could carry on as planned. I’m very thankful for how they handled it.

The room felt like a small apartment, with a kitchenette, dining table, comfy couch, and all the modern conveniences. Check-in was super quick and easy, and the person at the desk greeted me with a smile. Great customer service is a real plus these days. I’d highly recommend it to travelers.

The front desk staff were lovely, the room was clean, and the lot was well lit with several entrances close to parking. But I was awake at 1 a.m. listening to my neighbor snore through the paper-thin walls. When he wasn’t snoring, I could hear him using the restroom. The bed was the most uncomfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept on. Water pressure was somewhere between bad and good. There are better choices nearby.

I stayed one night recently, and the room was gross and dirty enough to set off my allergies. When I called the front desk, they said the cleaning manager checks each room before it’s rented. I told them again how bad it was, and they said I could follow up with the manager when they returned. I know hotel rooms aren’t always spotless, but this was too much for me. The staff didn’t seem to care.
