The room was spacious, the A/C worked well, and the night staff were really friendly. We liked the location, with several restaurants just a short walk away, and the well-lit parking lot made us feel our vehicle was safe. The carpet looked pretty sketchy, though, and the shower water was only lukewarm. When I told the front desk, they simply said nobody else had reported it. Three stars.

James made sure I had a room at a time when I really needed one. He was friendly, helpful, and willing to work with me, and that kind of care and professionalism is rare. Thanks to him, the stay was comfortable, stress-free, and memorable in the best way. The whole experience exceeded my expectations. I’ll absolutely stay here again on future trips to San Angelo. James made this a really positive visit, and this will be my go-to hotel here.

The employee at the front desk was so helpful and courteous, working some magic to get us the first-floor room my husband needed. We really appreciated it. The room was big and fairly clean, and it was quiet with a more than decent bed. The towels were old and dingy, though, and the carpet definitely needs replacing. In a pinch, it worked for us.

James deserves a raise. I don’t know if he’s just started, but he’s definitely a veteran at this. Between the rooms and the exceptional service, I highly recommend this place. Five stars, fam.

There was mold in the bath and shower, and my sheets were dirty, with nail clippings all around and stains everywhere. It really looked like they hadn’t been cleaned. The front desk worker was very nice, though, and that’s the only reason I gave it a star.
