Alamo Oasis Inn And Suites By Oyo San Antonio

Our pet was having surgery and was expected to be done by 4 p.m., so we needed a room to rest in. The hotel worked with us and let us check in early at 9 a.m. and leave at 3 p.m. without any hassle. Really happy with them.

A family member needed an inexpensive room for one night. I called, got a quoted price, and even received an email, but when we arrived the front desk person tried to charge me more. I've never had worse customer service. They required $10 cash for a deposit, but nobody had told us to bring cash. When I said we'd come back, the guy threw the cards down and said we were wasting his time. He was awful and rude, and doesn't know how to speak to customers.

Terrible service. They rented our rooms to someone else even though we'd paid and reserved them. Then they tried to give us one bed for three adults and charge another $35 for some kind of registration. Very unfriendly.

The rooms are good, and the place is clean, nice, and well maintained. I like the management. They're friendly and helpful.
