Best Western Plus Roland Inn & Suites

I've been here every week for business for over a year, and I always feel welcome and safe. It's secluded, so I don't worry about my truck getting broken into. David at the front desk is great: he's respectful, always positive, and makes me feel welcome.

The staff were nice, and the hotel was generally clean, but the stay wasn't comfortable. My bed linens had someone else's snot on them and had to be replaced. The bathroom sink wouldn't drain, and the coffee from the machine was instant and undrinkable. If you want a hot shower, forget it. It took at least 10 minutes to get lukewarm at best, and even my kids, all under 10, complained. The sink water never warmed up either, which was a problem if you like washing your face with warm water.

The staff were lovely, from the front desk to housekeeping, and our beds were really comfortable. The place looked almost brand new and was super clean. We had two great nights here and would happily come back 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Being about eight minutes from downtown was the one real plus for me. The breakfast could use bananas for kids and wheat bread, too. In room 216, the toilet sounded like it was leaking all night, and the beds were very hard. The front desk woman could use more customer service training. I stayed Monday night through Tuesday for my first visit, and I wouldn't choose this location again. It's not worth losing sleep over, and the hotel needs upgrades. I don't understand why the video I sent was muted when it had sound.
