Extended Stay America San Antonio Airport

I waited five days after being told breakfast and cooking and dining utensils were coming, then checked out when none showed up. Other long-term guests said the supplies were never there, but I hadn't believed them at first. The advertised breakfast was just coffee, and there were no utensils, so I had to buy all my meals. That made the stay much more expensive than a cheaper place that doesn't promise those services. I told management I was leaving early for that reason, and they charged me almost double for every day I had stayed. I contacted customer relations repeatedly because no one got back to resolve it. Their representatives' notes said it had gone to the Regional Vice President, but I still haven't been contacted. The advertising was false.

After moving from out of state, we felt at home here. Ms. Penny and the rest of the staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us. The rooms are very clean, and the service is far beyond what I've found at other hospitality places.

I booked room #266 on Priceline for Oct 24 - Oct 27, 2025, and it was disgusting. There was a huge hole in the shower wall, and the cigarette smell was so overpowering that my allergies wouldn't let me stay. I asked hotel management to cancel the booking and refund me, but they refused.

Quick thank you to the new front desk guy, I think his name is cile, the short Black guy. He was really helpful and gave excellent customer service. Very nice, thank you for making my stay perfect.
