The room was a little dated but decent enough for the price. Breakfast was basically protein bars, an orange, and coffee. I arrived at 1 a.m. after a long day of travel and was told I was late and they might not be able to check me in. The employee's first words were “yes?” without even saying hello. He was unprofessional and not accommodating, and it took him 30 minutes to get me into the room. He didn't even wish me a good stay. If he doesn't like the job, he should find another one. Hospitality doesn't seem like the right field for him. Not impressed at all.

I was sick during the stay and asked three times to have my sheets changed. Each time I was told they were too busy, and nobody ever changed them. The dishes I requested from the front desk were supposedly sanitized, but they were disgusting, with other people's food stuck on them. Mold was under both sinks in my room, and my coworkers also had cockroaches and mold in their rooms. The place needs major work, and the staff need serious cleaning and customer service training or a complete fresh start. Please save yourself the trouble and damage of staying here. I have pictures for reference. Things went wrong from the start. There was so much dirt on the floor of my first-floor room that I couldn't take off my shoes. At 1 a.m. I asked the front desk for help and was told they were “in construction,” so I had to sweep the room myself before I could settle in. After our management team called about the conditions, a front desk employee showed me “better rooms,” but each was worse. The second floor had a light hanging partly out of the ceiling, and the whole floor looked like a trap house. Every room I inspected had mold and badly warped floors; one even had dead cockroaches under the sink. The manager showed no urgency and said, “I’ll call maintenance tomorrow.” The staff's only positive quality was that they didn't make an effort to help. Pictures for reference.

For $70 a night, it was fine, and I expected worse based on bad experiences at other extended-stay hotels. The hotel was being renovated and was a mess, but the bathroom was clean. The room was clean too except for a sticky floor. Parking seemed very secure, and the location was pretty good, on a dead-end street among other hotels. There was a fairly strong incense smell. I'd stay again on a budget if I just needed a bed to rest in. Substandard furniture and amenities are okay with me as long as the cleaning is average.

We stayed for three months while looking for a house. The area was good and the staff were very helpful. Our room was cool, though the carpet could use a cleaning. We'd stay again if we needed to.
