The maintenance person never came, and the woman at the desk never followed up. Our shower also had mold, which I didn’t mention because I was already frustrated by the lack of attention. I’m a longtime silver elite member, but the desk clerk’s attitude made it seem like the noise issue was my fault for not coming down early in the morning. That didn’t feel professional. I don’t think I’ll stay at a hotel in the Bonvoy chain again. Customer loyalty clearly means little if guests aren’t valued; someone should explain ‘Customer Lifetime Value’ to the people running these hotels. We were there with family for three nights. On the first night, the A/C kept making extremely loud noise on and off even after we turned it off. We asked the next night whether we could move rooms. The woman at the desk said the noise came from the humidifier and that if we’d come in the morning, they could have moved us or sent maintenance to check it. I asked if maintenance could come the next day instead, and she agreed. They never showed.

The bed slept well until I noticed the stained sheet, dust, and filthy tub. The tub had footprints, hair, and a brown thumbprint-like mark on the shower wall. There were white splatters on the blue wallpaper, a hair on the toilet, and some white substance at the front of the sink. Under the sink was extremely dusty, with my towels placed there. The floors were dusty too, and the door trim had a caked-on greasy or rusty substance. One of the double bed sheets was stained. After seeing all that, I packed up, took pictures, and tried to get breakfast. The waffle machine was clogged with batter and someone had to clear it with a knife. Gross. I checked out a day early after my family got home from the visit I’d come for. This was after I’d driven almost seven hours and checked in on the evening of March 1, 2026. I tried to double-lock the door, but it jammed and trapped me inside. I called the desk; someone came to see it and said it would be fixed by morning. No one came. When I called about the tub, they said nobody was available until around 9 am, but nobody ever arrived for that or to fix the door. They still called my room about payment. I was glad to pay and leave. I won’t be back.

I spent my end-of-year vacation at this hotel. It was nice, clean, and comfortable, but nobody cleaned my room during the stay. I reported it to the front desk and nothing was done. My Marriott reward points also never appeared in my membership.

Staff were great the whole time, and the hotel was clean with comfortable rooms. It’s in a great spot near the airport and main attractions, including Six Flags and downtown. Breakfast was good, though mornings get busy, so you need to arrive on time.
